Sri Aurobindo speaks of a higher and lower perfection. The first is beyond the ambit of human nature and can be found by going into higher realms of spiritual oneness. The latter is what is generally called as a human perfection which is mainly centered around moral and religious ideals. This talk is about combining the two but in a higher and transformed way.
